Finnish doom-gaze artist Shedfromthebody has released her new album “Everything Out There Has Teeth”. The one-woman project blends doom metal, dark folk, and ambient textures to create an emotional and immersive experience.
The album follows her 2020 debut “A Dead and Aimless Hum”. This time, she dives deeper into shadowy soundscapes and haunting melodies. Across eight tracks, including “Crossing”, “Heima”, and “Shattermind”, the record moves from heavy riffs to fragile, ethereal moments.
Shedfromthebody describes her music as both crushing and delicate. That duality defines the new album, which feels raw yet beautifully atmospheric. The sound draws from doom, goth, post-metal, and industrial influences, yet remains uniquely her own.
“Everything Out There Has Teeth” is now available to stream and purchase on Bandcamp. It’s a dark, captivating listen that showcases one of Finland’s most distinctive underground voices.
