Filth seek support after hit‑and‑run leaves their touring van and trailer wrecked

After their van and trailer were damaged this week while they were on tour in the United States, Filth turned to crowdsourcing, as per theprp. The band described their subsequent grave financial circumstances in a post released yesterday, March 11, even though they were able to escape the incident without suffering any serious injuries. To help the gang get back on their feet, this GoFundMe was started.

Yesterday morning we were in an accident on I 95 that ended with the other individual fleeing the scene and us with a totaled van and wrecked trailer. Everyone is okay and safe. We were able to rush around and lock in a RV to finish the tour, and with the help of our tour mates Blackwater Drowning we were able to still perform last night. Between the cost of the RV rental, needing to purchase a new van, tour expenses, merch payment that has to be paid, etc, we are drastically in the negative and not sure how we can move forward.

We truly hate to ask for any help, but at the moment we are at our wits end. We can not express how much we appreciate all the support we’ve gotten over the years from everyone, it means the world to us.
