Download 2023: first line-up announcement includes Metallica, Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, Ghost, Evanescence, Pendulum, Disturbed and much more

Download 2023 has made an official announcement of its first lineup for the first ever four-day version of the festival, which will happen June 8-11, 2023 at Donington Park, for its 20th anniversary.

Metallica will headline two nights, playing a unique sets with no repeated songs on Thursday and Saturday of the festival. Other headliners are Bring Me The Horizon on Friday night, and Slipknot, on Sunday.

Other names announced for Download 2023 include Alexisonfire, Architects, The Distillers, Disturbed, EvanescenceGhost, I Prevail, Parkway Drive, Pendulum, Placebo, Simple Plan, Ville Valo and Within Tempation.
