Realtor.com reports that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are in search of a tenant for their West Hollywood, California apartment. The one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in a high-rise building, equipped with 24/7 security, door attendants, valet parking, and a front desk, is available for rent at $9,500 per month. Adjacent to this, the Osbournes own a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment, seemingly already occupied, which was initially listed for $17,500 monthly.

Additionally, the couple still possesses a Hancock Park estate, initially listed at $18 million but later adjusted to $17.5 million before being withdrawn from the market.

In 2022, Sharon disclosed their decision to depart from the United States and relocate to England. Ozzy, in August 2022, attributed their move to concerns over gun violence, expressing frustration with the frequency of daily fatalities.

Sharon, who oversees Ozzy’s career, explained to Consequence that their choice was influenced by the evolving state of California. Recalling her initial admiration for the state in the ’70s, she noted a decline in its appeal, stating, “It’s not that hub anymore. It’s not exciting anymore. It hasn’t gone sideways; it’s gone down. It’s not a fun place to live. It’s dangerous here. Every big city has crime, but I don’t feel safe here. Neither does Ozzy.”
