Did Linkin Park just announce an exclusive live event?
Well, Linkin Park fans had some exciting and thrilling days recently. And there is no end in sight.
Everyone knows at this point about Linkin Park‘s countdown and how that finished – or, in fact, did not finish. As the countdown reached zero, the number just started to count upwards again. Who was more observant though, knows, that the numbers glitched as they reached the 09.05. Fans suspected that something might happen on September 5th. And this was then confirmed by the band as they posted a new post on their social media, a picture that looks like a part of Linkin Park‘s logo. The post says: “Be part of something. September 5th. LinkinPark.com”.
Surprisingly this is not the only news about this date, September 5th. There has been more and very exciting information on Linkin Park’s Reddit page. A fan shared a screenshot about an email he got from the LP Underground fan club. The email gives him an unique access code for an event that is taking place September 5th in Los Angeles, CA between 12.30pm and 5.30pm. The email reads:
Fans on Reddit suspect a few things happening on September 5th. Here are some of them:
“My prediction is that there is going to be a live event with the band, that lpu members will join and will be transmitted live on linkinpark.com”
“I guess this will be a shot for a music video since its 5 hours long”
“Live stream show with a variety of singers. At some point, they reveal the new member.”
“5 hour event???? Can’t be just a concert, might be a whole ceremony to present the new singer, if there is one, and to honor Chester… that’s my theory”
“This will be the letdown of the century if it is not streamed for everyone to watch.”
I think the last quote speaks for all Linkin Park fans. Everything is still just guessing, but let’s hope it will at least be streamed on their website!
