Metalcore trailblazers Deadguy are back with a vengeance. The New Jersey legends have just unleashed a blistering new single, “War With Strangers”, taken from their long-awaited album “Near-Death Travel Services” — their first full-length release in three decades. The album drops June 27th via Relapse Records.

Produced by longtime collaborator Steve Evetts, the record marks the band’s second full-length outing and follows up their 1995 underground classic “Fixation on a Co-Worker”.

Formed in 1994, Deadguy quickly became a defining force in the American metalcore and mathcore scene. But just as fast as they rose, the band called it quits in 1997 following the release of their debut. After a surprise reunion in 2021, fans have been waiting for new music — and now it’s finally here.
