D.C. Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Jon Schaffer over terrorism
Iced Earth guitarist Jon Schaffer, who took part in the storming of the Capitol Building, has been sued from a very high level. Washington D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine has filed a lawsuit against Schaffer, accusing him of terrorism.
In addition to Schaffer, 31 other people involved in the attempted takeover have been sued.
Schaffer and defendants belonging to the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys could face millions of dollars in damages. You can find the full lawsuit with details here.
Schaffer was released earlier this year as part of a plea bargain.
