On 11 April 2025, Mia Karlsson – better known as Mia Coldheart, frontwoman of the Swedish hard rock band Crucified Barbara – released her solo debut album “Coming Home” via Ninetone Records. Now, the album is also available on vinyl:

“Vinyl is on the way! My debut album Coming Home in vinyl is now available for pre-order!! Thanks all of you who have requested this, it encouraged me to finally print it myself (the label didn’t want to). It has been a little hill to climb to decide and get all in place but now it’s in the making and will be ready for shipping end of October! The vinyl is made in 250 copies – of which there are 100 signed beautiful RED vinyl. Thanks to Lena at GMR Music for helping me with all, thanks to Johan Reivén Audiolord Mastering for mastering the album for vinyl and Giorgia Carteri for re-design.”

The vinyl editions can be pre-ordered here and here, although it should be noted that the red signed version, limited to 100 copies, is already almost sold out.

Originally, “Coming Home” was only released digitally and on CD, with the record company needing persuasion to release the latter as well:

“I want to take the time and say THANK YOU so much for all the incredible feedback of my album, I have got so many kind messages from you who received the first ordered CD’s and it really warms my heart. Especially since the record label has been skeptical to produce CD’s because ‘people don’t buy CD’s anymore’… I understand it a little bit but personally I disagree, I still see CD’s as a great memory from concerts, experiences, nice to display and to play in my old car… I am so glad to see that there are more of us out there who wants to have the music in this format. […] The CD is only made in 300 copies so before they are running out make sure you get your signed copy + photo bundle.”

Said bundle can be ordered here, while the CD alone can be purchased here.
