Irish death metal outfit Crimson Butchery has unleashed their brutal new single “Lab Rat”, the fourth track from their forthcoming third full-length album “Stalker”. Recorded by the band themselves and mixed and mastered by Floor van Kuijk at GLDCHN Studios, the song delivers aggressive blast beats, guttural vocals, and pulverizing riffs that fully live up to the band’s name and reputation.

The album “Stalker” is set to debut on August 29th, 2025 via Iron Fortress Records. Earlier this summer, the album’s lead single—also titled “Stalker”—was released alongside pre-order options for physical editions through the label.

Since their inception in Kilkenny in 2021, the band has quickly earned a reputation as one of Ireland’s most ferocious death metal acts, drawing comparisons to genre heavyweights like Cannibal Corpse, Cattle Decapitation, and Dying Fetus while injecting their own chaotic, unrelenting edge.

With the release date approaching, “Lab Rat” offers a savage preview of the album’s uncompromising intensity, making it clear that “Stalker” will deliver on its promise of surgical metal carnage.
