German dark metal veterans Crematory are celebrating the release of their brand-new studio album “Destination” with a powerful new music video for the track “The Future Is A Lonely Place”. The band continues to carve its legacy with this emotionally charged song, which drummer and founding member Markus Jüllich holds especially close to his heart.

According to Jüllich, “The Future Is A Lonely Place” isn’t just another single — it’s a strong contender for anthem status, standing proudly next to Crematory’s classics like “Tears of Time” and “Rise and Fall”. He describes it as a timeless track, deeply personal and emotionally resonant, especially in light of his late father’s memory. At times, he admits, the song moves him to tears — and that’s when he knows it’s one for the history books.
