Chimaira celebrates the 20th anniversary of the “Chimaira” album with a special vinyl release

US groove metal band Chimaira has announced the release of a 20th anniversary vinyl edition of their third self-titled album. The album will also be released on vinyl for the first time and has been remastered specifically for vinyl.

In addition to the original tracks, the anniversary release will include b-side tracks, including the band’s version of Metallica’s “Disposable Heroes”. The limited special edition includes a dust jacket, commemorative plaque and window sticker.

The album will be sold directly to fans by the band without any intermediaries. The pre-order period lasts for a month and the band has extended sales to the UK and Europe.
