Legendary Finnish metal band Children Of Bodom will celebrate their musical legacy on February 26th, 2026, at Helsinki’s iconic Tavastia club. The one-off evening, titled A Celebration Of Music, will go on sale via Tiketti on October 29th at 9:00 a.m.

The stage will feature original Children Of Bodom members Janne Warman, Henkka Blacksmith, Jaska Raatikainen, and Alexander Kuoppala, joined by Samy Elbanna of Lost Society – a longtime friend of the band.

“We want to celebrate the life’s work of our band and at the same time honor the musical legacy of our friend and bandmate Alex. The show will take place at Tavastia, a club that was always important for Children Of Bodom – and it also answers a longtime wish from our fans,” the band comments.

Formed in Espoo in the early 1990s, Children Of Bodom rose to international fame with albums such as Something Wild, Hatebreeder, and Follow the Reaper. Known for their technical musicianship, explosive live performances, and Alexi Laiho’s virtuosic guitar work, the band became one of Finland’s most successful metal exports.

The evening is presented by Fullsteam, TuskaLive, and Grey Beard.
