Carlos Santana collapsed on stage in the middle of a gig due to intense heat
Rock legend Carlos Santana collapsed on Tuesday night during a gig in Michigan after suffering from heat exhaustion and dehydration. The cause of the collapse was revealed by Santana’s manager.
The 74-year-old guitar hero, who was on tour with Earth, Wind & Fire, was performing at the Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkson when heat and dehydration caused the guitarist to lose strength.
However, Santana’s manager says the guitarist has been receiving medical care and is feeling better.
