Cage Fight reveal dates for November European/UK Tour

This autumn, British crossover band Cage Fight will be headlining a tour across Europe and the UK to promote their latest album, “Exuvia”, released in May, as per theprp. Support will differ, with BRAT, Negative Frame, Soul Splitter, and Kabbel taking on specific stops. This is how the timetable proceeds:

By their own admission, TesseracT guitarist James Monteith and long-time friend and colleague bassist/MC Jon Reid began the group as little more than a bedroom endeavour. Cage Fight was merely an attempt to vent their displeasure and pay homage to bands like Slayer, Terror, Hatebreed, Biohazard, and Stampin’ Ground from their childhood. However, as they shared the music they had created with others, the idea quickly gained traction and they felt it was too good not to pursue something more long-term. In February 2021, singer Rachel Aspe, a French national James had met eight years prior when TesseracT and her former band Eths crossed paths, joined Cage Fight along with drummer Nick Plews.

James encouraged her to join the band after he saw her performing a vocal version of The Black Dahlia Murder on Instagram through a post by the band’s singer Trevor Strnad, who is featured on the song “Eating Me Alive.” One of the most enraged and angry hardcore records to come out of the UK in years is the outcome.
