Boys Night Out drop first new single “100% Ghosts” in nine years

Canadian emo/post-hardcore band Boys Night Out have released “100% Ghosts”, their first new song since their 2016 “Black Dogs” EP, marking a full nine years without new material. The track arrives following the band’s reformation under frontman Connor Lovat-Fraser, with a revised line-up approved by the original members and supported by fans.

The song is a classic Boys Night Out tune—melding theatrical, gang vocal-heavy energy with a poppy, progressive post-hardcore sound that aligns with the style established in their 2005 “Trainwreck” album and their self-titled 2007 record.

In addition to the song release, the band are launching the “Trainwreck” 20th Anniversary Tour through Canada and the U.S. starting October 6 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The tour will hit many cities across North America and wrap up November 15 in Toronto. Supporting acts will vary by date, and include Mest, Have Mercy, Spitalfield, Park, and rosecoloredworld.
