Boundaries keep fans happy by releasing an alternative mix of their last single

Author Benedetta Baldin - 27.3.2026

An alternate version of Boundaries‘ most recent hit, “Skies Cast Amber Black,” was eventually released to streaming providers, giving fans their wish, as per theprp. Drew Fulk (Knocked Loose, Disturbed) created the original mix of that song, which won the band over. However, when it was published earlier this month, many fans complained about the song’s sound. Boundaries updated the song on Spotify today, replacing the mix that was first made available. Drew Fulk is also credited with the mix on this version, according to the song’s credits on that service. Although it’s unknown if other digital service providers have implemented the new mix yet, it seems likely that they will soon, if not already.
