Benediction reveal the identity of their new vocalist

Lead vocals for British death metal stalwarts Benediction will be provided by Massacre frontman Kam Lee, who played with guitarist/vocalist Chuck Schuldiner and guitarist Rick Rozz in the pre-Death band Mantas and an early version of Death, as per Blabbermouth. Benediction will tour Latin America in November 2026. One week after it was revealed that Benediction singer Dave Ingram was leaving the band due to persistent health concerns, Lee has been added to the touring lineup. Depending on his health, Ingram will continue to make appearances at a few gigs in 2026, according to Benediction. Oscar Rilo and returning frontman Dave Hunt are among the fill-in vocalists that Benediction will use for more performances.

Exciting news for our friends in Latin/South America I!!

Benediction can now confirm that the guy assuming the frontman/vocalist position on their LATAM tour in November will be the original voice of Death Metal, KAM LEE!

The band are super excited about the prospect of working with Kam and are looking forward to going back on the road in one of their favourite territories.
