Finnish heavy metal powerhouse Battle Beast have released their long-awaited seventh studio album, “Steelbound“, via Nuclear Blast Records today, October 17th. The record captures the band at their boldest and most dynamic yet. It blends crushing riffs, soaring choruses, and infectious party anthems into one unstoppable package.
From thunderous tracks like “Last Goodbye” to the pop-infused “Angel Of Midnight” and the empowering title anthem “Steelbound”, the album radiates both raw power and unshakable positivity. Battle Beast invite fans to throw their worries aside. Enjoy 38 minutes of pure celebration — singing, dancing, and headbanging to their heart’s content.
To mark the album’s release, the band has unveiled a brand-new video for “Twilight Cabaret“. This video features a theatrical anthem laced with Latin-infused metal and layered lyrics. These lyrics cut into themes of power, corruption, and resilience.
Keyboardist and composer Janne Björkroth comments:
“We never set out to play it safe. With Twilight Cabaret, we wanted to cut deeper, both musically and lyrically. The result is a theatrical anthem with a sinister twist, and we’re genuinely proud of it. It always felt like a song that had to be written.”
Battle Beast’s massive European tour also kicks off today in Hamburg, Germany, with more than 30 shows across the continent. The band will return to Finland in November for four special arena and club concerts.
