As Everything Unfolds sign with Century Media – unveil sci-fi-inspired single “Set In Flow”

High Wycombe post-hardcore outfit As Everything Unfolds have officially joined the ranks of Century Media Records and dropped their striking new single, “Set In Flow”. This marks the band’s first release under the iconic label, and it lands just in time for the track to resonate at Manchester’s Radar Festival on July 4th.

The track dives deep into sci-fi themes: vocalist Charlie Rolfe explains that the song is written from the perspective of a replicant or non-human, charting an emotional evolution from being labelled “a carbon copy” to embracing a unique identity, grappling with anger, isolation—and ultimately learning what it means to be human.

This release is more than just a single—it represents a bold new era for the band. Their signing to Century Media was first teased before the official announcement on June 16th, one day ahead of the single drop. With over 30 million streams to their name and nominations for multiple Heavy Music Awards—including Best Album in 2024—As Everything Unfolds are primed for a defining moment.

Beyond “Set In Flow”, their summer schedule is stacked. The band hits key European festivals like Graspop, Impericon, Meadow Fest, and culminates with Radar Festival in the UK on July 4th.
