Slaughter To Prevail frontman Alex Terrible will be the subject of a new documentary titled “Blood 4 Blood: Sound Of War,” exploring his ambitious attempt to combine heavy metal concerts with bare-knuckle fighting. The film is scheduled to premiere on November 11, 2026, through Prime Video and Apple TV.
The documentary follows the creation of the inaugural Blood4Blood event, which took place on May 6 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Organized in partnership with Danny Wimmer Presents and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), the event brought together live performances from major metal bands and a series of bare-knuckle boxing matches. Terrible himself participated in both sides of the event, performing with Slaughter To Prevail before stepping into the ring to face Cameron “The Bull” Delano.
“Blood 4 Blood: Sound Of War” offers a behind-the-scenes look at the unusual event, following Terrible’s preparations and his transition from performing onstage to competing inside the boxing ring. The film also examines the experiences of the other fighters and the challenges involved in bringing two intense forms of entertainment together.
The inaugural Blood4Blood festival featured performances from Slaughter To Prevail, Black Label Society, Crowbar and Malevolence. The event culminated in Terrible’s fight against Delano, which ended in defeat for the vocalist after three rounds.
Despite the result, the concert and fighting event represented a significant personal project for Terrible, who has increasingly pursued combat sports alongside his career in deathcore. The documentary promises to capture both the physical demands of bare-knuckle fighting and the atmosphere surrounding the heavy metal performances.
In addition to Terrible, “Blood 4 Blood: Sound Of War” features appearances from several recognizable figures in the music and combat sports communities.
Among those featured are Zakk Wylde, guitarist for Black Label Society and Pantera, Jack Simmons of Slaughter To Prevail and SiriusXM radio personality Jose Mangin. The documentary also includes bare-knuckle fighters Jake “Brutal” Bostwick and “Mohawk” Rodriguez, along with Savannah Lee Carter, host of The Bare Knuckle Breakdown.
Through interviews and footage from the event, the film explores the connection between heavy music and combat sports, as well as the motivations of the people involved. The project has already received recognition on the film festival circuit ahead of its streaming release.
The release of “Blood 4 Blood: Sound Of War” gives fans an opportunity to revisit one of the more unusual heavy metal events of 2026. With Terrible balancing his responsibilities as Slaughter To Prevail’s vocalist and his growing involvement in bare-knuckle fighting, the documentary offers a closer look at a different side of the musician’s career.
