Age of Ruin unleash fierce new single “The Ghosts We Carry” from upcoming album

Virginia-based metalcore crew Age of Ruin is back with a vengeance, dropping a crushing new single titled “The Ghosts We Carry”. The track offers a second preview of their highly anticipated comeback album, “Nothingman”, set for release on October 17th, 2025.

Produced by Darkest Hour guitarist Mike Schleibaum, the single delivers everything fans have come to love from Age of Ruin: relentless riffing, bone-crunching breakdowns, and a hook-laden chorus that hits like a freight train.

Originally formed in 1998, the band made a name for themselves with records like “Black Sands of the Hourglass” and “The Tides of Tragedy”. After a lengthy hiatus, the band returned in 2019 with the EP “Thieves”, marking a powerful new chapter in their career.
