Original KISS lead guitarist Ace Frehley is reportedly on life support with a brain bleed. Ace had been on a ventilator for a while and hadn’t improved, according to sources close to his case who spoke to the tabloid site, “so his family is considering turning off support, perhaps as soon as Thursday evening [October 16].” Ace was remained on the ventilator as of Thursday afternoon, according to TMZ.
Recently, due to health concerns, Ace Frehley has canceled the remaining dates of his 2025 tour, as reported buy UCR. A few shows were scheduled for October and November for the former Kiss guitarist. As you can see below, he posted a brief social media statement on Monday informing people of the cancellation. Less than two weeks after the guitarist was hospitalized for a fall in his studio, which forced him to reschedule his planned gig in Lancaster, California, with Quiet Riot and Vixen, Frehley has canceled his 2025 tour. In order to promote his most recent solo album, “10,000 Volts”, which was released in February 2024, Frehley toured extensively in 2025. It was his first original album since “Spaceman”, released in 2018.
