1349 unleash fury with “Striding the Chasm” from upcoming live album “Winter Mass”

Norwegian black metal marauders 1349 have unleashed a new live recording of “Striding the Chasm”. The track is from their upcoming live album “Winter Mass”. You can listen to the track below and on streaming platforms.

Captured live in Oslo at the iconic Parkteatret venue in November 2021, “Winter Mass” spans thirteen tracks of pure, unfiltered chaos recorded in the band’s hometown. The live version of “Striding the Chasm” brings renewed ferocity to the song, originally featured on their 2019 studio album “The Infernal Pathway”.

The earlier live release of “I Am Abomination” already hinted at the intensity of this performance. Together, the two tracks preview a record that captures the band’s signature “Aural Hellfire” in its most authentic form.

Set for release on November 28, 2025 via Season of Mist, “Winter Mass” and is currently available for preorder in various formats.
